In 2006 we made it to the South Carolina State Fair after missing it for several years.
Scheduling conflicts. Avoidance of fair food had nothing to do with it.

I was able to fulfill a life-long dream of riding an elephant.

Giddy-up. (See? A double entendre needn't be risque. )
